Your specification, tech pack or reference sample is reviewed by our merchandising and design team for feasibility, materials and lead time.
In-House Artwork & Sampling
Our in-house designers prepare artwork, colour separation and counter samples for your approval before bulk production begins.
Certified Raw Material Sourcing
Yarns, polyester, rubber thread and paper stock are sourced against our ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX, GRS and FSC scope requirements.
In-House Production
Manufactured across our 12 dedicated units — weaving, printing, dyeing/covering, cutting, and finishing — on 77+ machines.
Quality Control & Inspection
In-process and final inspection against buyer AQL standards, documented under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Export Packing & Documentation
Goods are packed into 1–7 ply master cartons with full shipping documentation, ready for buyer-nominated freight forwarders.
